Refund and cancellation
Clear rules for cancelling or refunding paid SEO services, audits and engagements, in line with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer law.

1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid services on dimitarseo.com: SEO audits, one-off consultations, monthly SEO retainers, website builds, GEO playbooks and any custom engagement.
Mikago Group Ltd. (EIK 207950748) is the merchant of record. Bank transfers and card payments are processed in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed.
2. Consumer right of withdrawal (B2C, 14 days)
If you are a consumer (a natural person not acting in a commercial capacity), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of placing the order, in line with Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise the right, send a clear statement to seomachine2000@gmail.com or by post to ул. Пиротска 121, гр. София 1000. A withdrawal form is available on request.
If work has already started with your express consent before the 14-day period ends, you may be billed for the portion of work delivered up to the moment of withdrawal, on a pro-rata basis.
3. B2B contracts
For B2B clients (legal entities, freelancers and sole traders), the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Cancellation terms are set in the individual contract or quote.
By default monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice; one-off audits and packages can be cancelled before kick-off with a full refund minus any direct costs already incurred (tool licenses, third-party data, sub-contractors).
4. When a refund is not possible
Once a deliverable has been handed over (an audit document, a finished page, an exported playbook, a delivered training session), the work is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Refund is also not available where you have breached the terms (non-payment, providing false information, infringing intellectual property).
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of the cancellation being accepted, to the original payment method or to a bank account you specify. Bank or card processor fees are not refunded.
6. Online dispute resolution
Consumers in the EU can use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ to lodge a complaint. Bulgarian consumers can also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the Sofia District Court.
