I offer SEO consulting, technical SEO audits, product and category optimisation for online stores, local SEO and website builds. Specific scope is set in an individual quote or contract.

Productised pricing is listed on /pricing and may change for new engagements. Active engagements are billed per agreement. Payment by invoice, bank transfer or card.

Protection is granted under the Bulgarian Law on Copyright and Related Rights (Закон за авторското право и сродните му права), EU Directive 2001/29/EC on copyright in the information society, and the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

Prohibited without my prior written permission: copying, reproducing, republishing, mirroring, framing, embedding, scraping or any other automated extraction beyond what robots.txt explicitly allows, using the content to train AI or machine-learning models, creating derivative works, removing or altering any copyright notice, and any commercial use of any part of the site.

Permitted: linking to the site with normal attribution, brief textual quotations with clear attribution and a link back (within fair-use / fair-dealing limits under Bulgarian and EU law), and indexing by mainstream search engines that respect robots.txt.

Personal use: you may view, print or save pages for your own non-commercial reading.

When I deliver a paid engagement, the specific deliverables (audit reports, written content, code shipped to your repository) become the client's property once the invoice is paid in full. My underlying methodology, frameworks, templates and reusable code remain my property and are licensed to you for use on the engaged project only.

Enforcement: unauthorised use may trigger DMCA / hosting-provider takedown notices, search-engine de-indexing requests, complaints to the offender's payment processors, and civil action under Bulgarian copyright law for an injunction and damages. Sofia City Court (Софийски градски съд) is the competent forum.

I work with the diligence of a professional but I do not guarantee specific Google rankings, outcomes also depend on the market, competition and the algorithm. SEO is a medium-term process.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Sofia.
