Challenge
Magento store with 44 categories, most written in the late 2010s. Seasonal search wasn't addressed - the demand peak for garden furniture lands in March, and the matching category simply didn't exist.
What I did
Built a seasonal demand map for the full year. Shipped 68 new categories on time, before the demand peaks hit. Rewrote copy on the top 20 categories around buyer intent. Clean URLs + breadcrumb schema. Pruned 600+ thin product pages.

Results
Organic orders in 8 months from 320 to 628 per month (+96%). Category pages from 44 to 112. SISTRIX visibility from 0.18 to 0.71 - nearly 4× growth.
