Challenge
A DTC brand with a strong product but the organic channel stuck around 5–6K sessions a month with no growth. Collections were scattered, product pages thin, no schema, and beauty / lifestyle media weren't picking up on the brand.
What I did
Started with a full audit and rebuilt collections around real search intent, not internal categories. Rewrote top product copy with FAQ blocks plus Product + FAQ schema. Cleaned hundreds of duplicate tag URLs. Outreach to 30+ fashion and lifestyle sites brought in relevant editorial links, no PBN.

Results
In 9 months organic revenue grew 180%, traffic from 5,400 to 32,800 monthly, and Top-3 keywords from 27 to 1,891. Referring domains from 9 to 187. No paid channel propping up the result.
