A new B2C ecommerce brand needed a site that performed from launch. The classic 'ship the site and call SEO later' approach was burning the first critical months.
What I did
Architecture and URL hierarchy before a line of code. Next.js with server-side rendering, next/image, schema, sitemap, robots and hreflang from day one. GA4 + GSC + Looker Studio wired before launch so we had data from the very first request.

Lighthouse Performance 100, schema coverage 100% (Product / Organization / FAQ), first index 24 hours after launch. The site went live already pulling organic traffic in week one.
