Challenge
An experienced broker with 12 years in the business, but everything ran through Imot.bg and Facebook referrals. No own site, and the big agencies (Adres, Yavlena, Forton) dominated Google for every Sofia-neighbourhood search.

Site from scratch with an integrated listings system + filters. URL hierarchy by neighbourhood - each of the 12 key Sofia districts got its own landing page optimized for real searches ('apartment in Lozenets', 'house in Boyana', 'property in Mladost'). RealEstateListing schema on every listing. Buyer guides per neighbourhood with genuinely useful content. GBP filled out. Outreach to lifestyle and finance blogs. Top 30 listings - English version for foreign investors.
